1. Personal Data

Personal data includes information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, postal address, and telephone number. Information not linked to your identity (e.g., number of users visiting the site) is not considered personal data. You can generally use our website without disclosing your identity.

When visiting our website, your device automatically transmits log data (connection data) to our servers. This includes the IP address, browser type, the page previously visited, system configuration, and date/time information. IP addresses are stored only as required to provide our services and are deleted or anonymized otherwise. IP addresses used to detect and prevent attacks are stored for a maximum of 7 days.

If you request information, order e-books, or make other inquiries, we may ask for your name and other personal details. Providing this information is entirely voluntary.

Usage and traffic data required to provide services are stored for up to six months. If needed for legal or contractual purposes (e.g., invoices), the data is stored beyond that, but is restricted and only accessible by authorized personnel.

Right to Object to Data Collection (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time for reasons related to your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you object, we will no longer process your data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the data is required for legal claims.

If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you can object at any time, including profiling linked to such marketing. We will then cease processing your data for such purposes.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request restriction of your personal data processing under the following conditions:

  • You contest the accuracy of your data – for the duration of the verification.

  • The processing is unlawful, and you oppose deletion.

  • We no longer need the data, but you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

  • You have objected under Art. 21(1) GDPR – pending the balance of interests.

Once processing is restricted, your data will only be stored or used with your consent or for legal claims or important public interest.

2. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

We only use your personal data internally. Data is not passed to third parties without your explicit consent. Exceptions apply where legally required or mandated by court order.

3. Use of Cookies

Cookies are small data packets stored by your browser. Our website uses cookies necessary for proper functionality, such as secured areas or shopping cart use.

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can disable cookie storage or be notified when cookies are used via your browser settings.

4. Protection of Minors

Children under 18 should not transmit personal data without parental or guardian consent.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our site contains links to external websites. We are not responsible for their compliance with data protection laws.

6. CRM and Newsletter

We use Wix for newsletter distribution. By submitting data via forms or orders, your information is stored on Wix servers.

We inform you of our data policy beforehand. By submitting your data, you consent to its processing as legally permitted.

Data is used solely for the intended purpose (e.g., order processing, invoicing, customer service).

Legal Basis:
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may revoke at any time without affecting prior processing.

WBS Data Analysis:
Wix’s CRM allows categorization of users (e.g., gender, preferences, customer status) for better targeting.

Retention:
Your data is stored until you withdraw your consent. Upon revocation, data is deleted from our servers.

Newsletter Data:
To subscribe to the newsletter, we need your email or phone number and confirmation of ownership. We collect no other data unless provided voluntarily. Data is used only to send the newsletter and not shared.

Consent may be revoked at any time via the “unsubscribe” link. Data stored for other purposes remains unaffected.

7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (by Google Inc.) to analyze website usage. Google uses cookies. Information is transmitted to Google servers in the U.S. and analyzed for us. Pseudonymous usage profiles may be created.

We use Analytics with IP anonymization – IPs are truncated within the EU/EEA before transmission. In exceptional cases, full IPs may be processed in the U.S. IPs are not merged with other Google data.

Users may prevent cookie storage via browser settings or by installing the following plugin:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

For mobile users, an opt-out link is available: Deactivate Google Analytics

8. Social Media via Shariff

Our social media buttons use the Shariff method, preventing automatic data transfer to platforms (e.g., Facebook) without user interaction.

Google Web Fonts

We use Google Web Fonts for consistent font display. Your browser downloads these from Google servers. If unsupported, your system font is used.

Google Maps

This site uses Google Maps API. Your IP is transmitted to Google servers (usually in the U.S.). We have no control over this transfer. Usage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly experience).

YouTube

Our site uses YouTube plugins (YouTube LLC). When visiting a page with this plugin, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established and tracks which pages you visit.

If you're logged into your YouTube account, your browsing behavior may be linked to your profile. To prevent this, log out of YouTube.

Use of YouTube is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in appealing content).

  • Access your stored data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Restrict processing where deletion is not possible
